After our “Grand Opening” of the Drawing Center at the beginning of the year, all students at CRES were asked to create a self-portrait to the best of their ability.
At the end of 4th grade students learned about the proportions of the human face and were asked to look at the negative space around their facial features to create their final elementary school masterpiece. Here are some of the first students who finished. The drawings on the left were done the second week of school and the drawings on the right were done the second to last week of school.
